Angela Knuckles, MA, APCC
My passion is working with people - helping them recognize their strengths and empowering them to live the life they envision. Through the therapy process, we will work together to address any issues causing you distress, identify obstacles preventing you from reaching your goals, practice communication skills, and explore ways you can connect more with loved ones, nature, and yourself.
I value authenticity and open communication. The space we create together is one without judgement where you can create a more fulfilling life. Therapy is practiced through a holistic, integrative lens inclusive of all identities, cultures, and sexual orientations. Specific theories are integrated based on the particular clients, situation, and the therapeutic dynamic, working harmoniously for each client.
As a Montessori teacher and now therapist, I have worked with children and families since 2004. Children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families are all welcome. I have a master’s degree in Counseling in Mental Health and Wellness from New York University (NYU).
Outside of work, I love experiencing the outdoors, practicing meditation, and photographing nature. I recently moved back to this area from Montana, where both of my college-age sons still live.
