Danielle Roske, MS, APCC, AMFT

My approach to therapy is rooted in respect for the soul in front of me. I work from a person-centered approach, while incorporating somatic perspectives. I believe understanding our physical responses to stress and trauma can help us gain insight and experience relief from emotional pain. I’m passionate about working with people who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, life transitions, ADHD & other types of neurodiversity, struggles with identity & self worth, and chronic & invisible illnesses. Being LGBTQIA+ affirming is personally and professionally important to me, and I value creating a loving and safe therapeutic space for all.

Therapy is a brave and courageous step—even (and especially) when it feels terrifying. In our work together, I will listen from a non-judgmental viewpoint, support you in processing emotions within a range that feels safe for you, provide psychoeducation to help with deep self-understanding & coping strategies, and empower your self-worth to live in a way that feels authentic to you. I hope to provide a space where you feel accepted, safe, seen, and connected.
