Our Services

Individual Therapy

We offer supportive therapy services for teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, identity exploration, school or workplace issues, grief/loss, medical conditions, or a lingering sense of feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unfulfilled.

Using evidence-based practices tailored to the identities, histories, and needs of each unique person, our caring therapists work collaboratively with individuals to help them find clarity, self-awareness, resources, and relief, as well as a path toward growth, healing, connection, living with authenticity, and a deepened sense of purpose, meaning, and joy.

Therapy for children

Our children’s therapy services are designed to help kids work through worries, fears, and stresses in a kind, engaging age-appropriate way. We also offer compassionate support for families to help them better understand what their child is experiencing and how they can help.

We bring training, experience, and compassion for kids living with overwhelm, depression, anxiety, self-doubt, isolation, trauma, divorce, and other big life changes, as well as autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit disorders, and sensory and processing disorders.

We use kid-friendly, evidence-based approaches, including play therapy, art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness to help kids develop tools for managing stress, anxiety, and big emotions; building healthy relationships with family and peers; and developing self-awareness, confidence, and a healthy sense of self.

Couples & Families

For couples and families who have reached an impasse, a period of tension, transition, conflict, or disconnect, our therapy services can help you find a path through.

We provide affirming, supportive services for all couples and families, including those who are connected through marriage, partnership, birth, adoption, fostering, and chosen families.

Our caring, non-judgmental therapists can help you and your loved ones work through frustration, hurt, or trauma and move toward trust, healthy connection, and hope.
