Nestled between San Luis Obispo and Montana de Oro State Park, Coast Therapy Associates offers a serene, welcoming space for therapy. Just a ten-minute drive down Los Osos Valley Road from San Luis Obispo or a seven-minute drive along the estuary from Morro Bay State Park brings you to our thoughtfully-designed, cozy, and light-filled therapy office suites.

The surrounding areas offer countless spots for post-therapy reflection and self-care time after your visit, too. Our nearby bay, beaches, nature preserve, oaks reserve, elfin forest, and birding overlooks offer ideal spots for paddling, hiking, surfing, journaling, meditation, or just sitting and taking in the natural beauty. You might also visit our neighborhood library, bookstore, yoga studio, art gallery, farmers’ market, coffee shops, eateries, and bakeries for some nourishment and inspiration, too.
