Hello! My name is Jessica Irving and I’m the Owner and Clinical Director for Coast Therapy Associates.

Whether you are an associate therapist looking for a supportive environment to deepen your training and gain hours toward licensure or an experienced clinician looking to be part of an established, thriving practice, Welcome!

After more than 10 years in private practice, I built Coast Therapy Associates to create more access to thoughtful, quality mental health services for folks in our community and to create a professional and heart-full space for dedicated, compassionate therapists.

Join our team

At Coast Therapy Associates, our focus is on cultivating a warm, professional, nurturing space for support, collaboration, and growth - for our clients and our clinical team.

Our home is a thoughtfully designed two-story office suite with counseling offices, a spacious waiting area, and a large studio for therapeutic art (see photos below). Each therapist can enjoy ample space to shape their therapy practice and enjoy camaraderie and connection with colleagues.

See below to learn more about our openings.

We are currently accepting applications for associate (or associate track) therapists (AMFT, APCC, ACSW) and licensed therapists (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW). Ideal applicants will have the requisite training and experience for their level of licensure, strong academic and/or professional references, and a combination of qualities that reflect the spirit of our practice: kindness, openness, and integrity; groundedness and self-awareness, and the capacity to be truly present with others.
