Transitions Mental Health Association offers programs dedicated to eliminating stigma and promoting recovery and wellness for people with mental illness through work, housing, community, and family support services.

The Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo County (CAPSLO) offers a wide range of critical community services, including health care, Head Start, childcare resources, housing and homeless services, senior support, and veterans programs.

5 Cities Housing Coalition
For residents throughout San Luis Obispo County, this program offers a variety of programs for low-income individuals and families and those experiencing homelessness. Services include housing assistance, rental assistance to avoid homelessness, veterans services, and assistance with addiction recovery programs.
