About my work: 

You may find yourself sitting at a growth edge, wanting to take steps towards change in your life. Often in this growth process there are patterns that emerge that no longer fit who you are or who you are becoming. Traumatic events and life stressors can reside in the body, becoming patterns of tension that often leave us feeling stuck. Therapeutic self-inquiry can help you move forward in a meaningful way, leaving behind outdated narratives that no longer serve you. My work is about assisting you in this process, helping you to feel more connected and alive within yourself as you move towards a greater sense of ease. 

My approach to therapy is warm and down-to-earth, with an emphasis on establishing a strong therapeutic relationship to support you in your healing process. I integrate insight-oriented, depth therapy with my ongoing training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). I specialize in anxiety, trauma resolution, coping with chronic illness, life transitions, relationship challenges, and embodiment.

I am currently seeing clients in-person in Los Osos, CA or via Telehealth for individuals located anywhere in California. I offer a free 20-minute consultation for anyone interested in working together. I look forward to connecting with you. 

Who I am: 

I was raised on the central coast and recently relocated back to the area. I have been working in private practice for 5+ years and am currently undergoing an extensive 3-year training program with Somatic Experiencing International (https://traumahealing.org/se-101/). 

I am passionate about providing queer and gender-affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals.

Outside of work, I love spending time in nature, cooking, and sipping tea.
